Account Deletion Policy

This policy applies to all users of the True Unity and Delhi Tuff Ethnic Expo digital platforms.

1. How to Request Deletion

a. In-App Process

You can request deletion directly through our mobile application:

  1. Open the App and go to **Profile/Settings**.
  2. Select **Account Security** or **Privacy Settings**.
  3. Click on **Delete Account**.
  4. Confirm your request following the on-screen prompts.

b. Email Request

Alternatively, you can send an email request to our support team:

  • Subject: **Account Deletion Request - [Your Name]**
  • Include your registered email address and phone number for verification.

2. Information That is Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, we will remove the following data from our active databases:

Profile Data

Name, email, phone number, and company details.

Event History

Past registrations, digital passes, and booth interactions.

Preferences

Your saved interests, notifications, and app settings.

3. Data Retention & Timelines

Once a deletion request is submitted, it typically takes **7 to 14 business days** to process and remove your data from our primary systems.

Legal & Security Exceptions

Please note that some information may be retained for longer periods if required by law, for financial auditing purposes, or to resolve disputes. Such data is moved to a secure, restricted archive and is no longer used for any other purpose.

4. Consequences of Deletion

Deleting your account is permanent. Please consider the following before proceeding:

  • You will lose access to all digital event entry passes.
  • Active exhibitor or buyer registrations will be cancelled.
  • Membership benefits and network access will be revoked.
  • Past event participation certificates/data cannot be retrieved.
